FASTWAY Bassist Change Announced

According to the organizers of the Sweden Rock Festival, the bass duties for original MOTÖRHEAD guitarist Fast Eddie Clarke's band FASTWAY at this year's event will be handled by ex-SWEET SAVAGE bassist Raymond Haller and not John McManus (MAMA'S BOYS) as previously announced. The rest of the lineup will consist of John "Harv" Harbinson (STORMZONE) and Steve Strange (VISAGE).

Fast Eddie Clarke formed FASTWAY in 1982 after he left MOTÖRHEAD. The group's original lineup featured Pete Way from UFO, Dublin-based singer Dave King (now in FLOGGING MOLLY) and ex-HUMBLE PIE drummer Jerry Shirley, but Way ended up leaving he group before their first album was recorded.

Sweden Rock Festival is scheduled to take place June 6-9 in Sölvesborg, Sweden.
